医用物理实验教学中任务型教学模式的应用

         

摘要

It is an imperative task for medical schools in China to cultivate all-round high-quality talents. Medical physics is an interdiscipline between medicine and physics and, one of the important basic subjects for empowering students to be creative. Experimental course in medical physics is a compulsory subject in medical schools. In this course, students not only need to master the fundamental theories, knowledge, and skills, but also learn to think, inquire, analyze and solve problems, and to be creative. Using simulation and correction of ametropia as an example, this paper elaborates on the maneuverability and efficacy of task-based teaching in the course of Medical Physical Experiment based on the existing theories for task-based teaching. In the meantime, the teaching effects were assessed. The mean score for the theoretical part of the final exam in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the control group (P < 0.05). The mean score for operation was also significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P< 0.05). These results indicated the mode of task-based teaching had a positive effect on teaching of medical physics experiments. Finally, this paper addressed the problems in implementing this mode and the implications of task-based teaching in other courses.%培养适应社会发展需要的高素质创新型医学人才是高等医学院校当前面临的一项现实而紧迫的任务.医用物理学作为医学和物理学的交叉学科,是培养医学生具有创新能力的重要基础学科.医用物理实验是高等医学院校的一门必修课程,是对学生进行科学实验基本训练的重要基础,它不仅使学生掌握学习医学所必需的物理学基本理论、基本知识、基本技能,而且还帮助学生树立正确科学观念,掌握科学思维方法,启迪创新思维,提高发现问题、分析问题、解决问题及创新能力.本文论述了任务型教学模式的理论依据、特点,并以“非正常眼的模拟与矫正”实验为例,说明了该模式在医用物理实验教学中的实施步骤,对教学效果进行了评价:实验班比对照班理论成绩有了一定提高(P<0.05),操作成绩提高很大(P<0.01).表明该模式应用于医用物理实验教学具有积极作用.提出了实施过程需注意的问题,从而为其它学科运用该模式提供了借鉴,达到了预期的教学目的.
