同伴交流对提高住院医师发现患者安全隐患能力的探讨

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effect of peer communication on improving the ability of resident physicians to detect potential patient safety problems.Methods Resident physicians were recruited for research from Renmin Hospital,a tertiary care facility affiliated with Wuhan University.Thirty-eight residents volunteered to participate in the program as the experimental group.Residents participated in a simulation demonstrating common potential safety hazards and were asked to independently identify as many hazards as possible.After small group peer discussion,the simulation was repeated.Residents were surveyed before and after the cxercise.Paired t-test and chi-squared test were used to compare correct answers before and after peer discussion.Results All of the participators thought that it's important to qualified patient safety ability for a doctor.The number of patient safety hazards that were detected by residents in the simulation scene,results showed that before peer communication the average detection number of patient safety hazards was 3.18,after peer communication the average detection number of patient safety hazards was 6.50 It could improve the knowledge,confidence and ability of patient safety effectively for residents by peer communication.Conclusions Peer communication can improve residents' abilities to detect potential patient safety hazards in simulated clinical settings.It is a model of patient safety training worthy of promotion.%目的 评估同伴交流对提高住院医师发现患者安全隐患能力的效果.方法 选择武汉大学人民医院2016年在职培训的38名住院医师为研究对象.在模拟病房场景中设计一些患者安全隐患的内容,要求住院医师独立观察和发现这些隐患,并比较同伴交流前后,医师发现患者安全隐患数量的差异.结果 所有研究对象均认为医师应具备发现患者安全隐患的能力.对住院医师发现模拟场景中的患者安全隐患项目数量进行分析,同伴交流前的平均项目数为3.18个,交流后的平均项目数为6.50个.通过同伴交流,可以有效提升住院医师对患者安全隐患的认识和工作中的信心,以及提高发现患者安全隐患的能力.结论 在模拟临床场景下,同伴交流可以提高住院医师发现患者安全隐患的能力,是一种值得推广的发现住院患者安全隐患的培训模式.
