通过制定培训计划，针对新入职护士进行为期2周的封闭式和半封闭式综合拓展训练，采取集中讲授、座谈交流、军事训练、拓展训练、角色扮演等多种形式，进行理论培训、情感教育、军事训练、拓展训练，举行隆重的授帽仪式、岗前培训汇报表演、角色扮演就医体验、操作技能培训等活动。内容全面的培训提高了新护士的学习兴趣与效率，提升了其胜任力，促进了其较快适应临床新环境。%Training plan was made and semi-closed and closed comprehensive training were conducted for two weeks adopting forms of cen-tralized teaching, discussion exchange, military train-ing, expand training and role play training to do theory training, emotion education, military training and expanded training. Cap awarding ceremony and pre-service training performance were held. Role playing and skill training were also conducted. New nurses' learning interest and efficiency were im-proved . Comprehensive training improved the new nurse's competency and helped the new nurses quickly adapt to the new clinical environment.
