The present invention relates to an NCS job competency-based industry academy field practice system using a field practice integrated management server of providing a job classification table according to job classification standards. The present invention can improve the effectiveness of field practice and provide an efficient business process among field trainees, a field practice support center, and a field practice organization. The NCS job competency-based industry academy field practice system provided by the present invention comprises: a step in which a field practice support center provides the personal information of a field trainee; a step of determining whether the field trainee is registered as a member or not in the field practice integrated management server; a step in which a field practice organization provides job information required in the field practice organization according to a job classification table following NCS classification standards; a step in which the field trainee registers own resume and self-introduction and selected job information; a step in which the field practice support center registers modifications after reviewing the resume, the self-introduction, and the job information; a step in which the field trainee modifies and registers any one among the resume, the self-introduction, and the job information; a step in which the field practice support center approves after reviewing the resume, the self-introduction, and the job information registered by being modified by the field trainee; a step in which the field practice integrated management server registers the resume and the self-introduction; a step in which the field practice organization selects the reviewed resume and self-introduction as a field practice object after reviewing the resume and the self-introduction; and a step in which the selected information is notified to the field trainee account and the field practice support center account.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
