中国情景与中国管理研究:转型特征与文化认知特征的整合观点

如何看待中国情景是中国管理研究的一个核心问题.中国情景应该主要包括2个维度:转型维度与文化认知维度.通过整合2个维度分析中国情景和管理实践,可以为后续中国管理研究和实践提供理论基础.%One of the essential issues in Chinese management research is how to view Chinese context. Based upon the review of literature on Chinese context and analysis of Chinese management in practice, this paper proposes two dimensions as transition dimension and culture dimension. Moreover, this paper infers an integrated approach, through which two dimensions of Chinese context are interacted to analyze Chinese management phenomena. By doing so, this study hopes it can set a theoretical base for future studies on Chinese management.
