天津地区丙型肝炎病毒基因分型的研究

摘要

目的：研究天津地区丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）基因型的分布。方法收集 HCV 感染者的 HCV 基因分型、性别、年龄、临床诊断等临床资料，分析 HCV 基因型在人群中的分布，以及与临床资料的相关性。结果天津地区最常见的 HCV 基因型是1b 型，占人群比例77．88％；其次是2a 型，占人群比例20．07％。在肝炎患者，不同基因型感染者的平均年龄之间存在差异。在肝硬化患者，不同性别的 HCV 基因型分布存在差异。结论天津地区 HCV 基因型以1b 型最为常见。%Objective To investigate the distribution of hepatitis C viral genotypes in Tianjin region.Methods Col-lect HCV infected people’s clinical data,such as HCV genotypes,sex,age,clinical diagnosis.Analyze the correlation be-tween HCV genotypes with clinical data.Results The most common HCV genotype is 1b in Tianjin region ,accounting for 77.88%;followed by the 2a,accounting for 20.07%.In hepatitis patients,there is a significant difference the aver-age age between patients infected with different HCV genotypes.In patients with cirrhosis,there are differences in the distribution of HCV genotypes with different sex.Conclusion The most common HCV genotype in Tianjin region is 1b.
