1,1,1-三氨基甲基丙烷锌(Ⅱ)配合物模拟水解酶催化酯类水解研究

         

摘要

The hydrolytic kinetics of p-nitrophenol acetate(NA) catalyzed by zinc (Ⅱ) complex of 1, 1, 1 tris(aminomethyl) propane(Tamp) has been studied. It was shown that the catalytic rate follows the law of first-order reaction for both zinc (Ⅱ) complex and NA concentrations respectively; the hy drolytic rate equation is dC/dt=(kobs[Zntamp] + koH[OH-]+…) [NA]; this complex can cat alyze NA hydrolysis effectively under a neutral or slightly basic condition; the kobs value equals 0.7185mo1-1·L·s-1 when pH 9.000, which is better than the similar results of international in vestigation reported up to now; the catalysis is controlled by the equilibrium of acid and base. Combined with the results of pH drop scale method, a mechanism of catalyzed reaction is put forward.%研究了1,1,1-三氨基甲基丙烷(Tamp)锌(Ⅱ)配合物作水解酶模拟物催化对硝基苯酚醋酸酯(NA)水解的动力学。结果表明:催化水解速率对底物(NA)及配合物(Zntamp)浓度均呈一级反应,水解速率遵循速率方程dC/dt=(kObs[Zntamp]+kOH[OH-]+…)[NA];在中性和弱碱性pH条件下能很好地催化NA酯的水解,pH=9.000时,表观催化速率常数kobs=0.7185mol-1·L·-1,优于国际上同类研究报道的结果;催化作用受酸碱平衡的控制,结合pH滴定结果,提出了催化反应机理。
