摘要

The hydrolysis of toxic organophosphorous compounds is of both theoretical andpractical interest since these compounds present considerable hazards as potent acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. A number of studies have examined the catalytic hydrolysis of organophosphorous esters, in efforts to develop a general method for detoxification of this class of compounds. Metal ions and their chelated complexes have been extensively evaluated, over a number of years, as catalysts for the hydrolysis of organophosphorous esters.
