痰热清注射液对重症肺炎患者 CRP、PCT、WBC及细胞免疫指标的影响

摘要

目的：探讨痰热清注射液对重症肺炎患者C反应蛋白（ CRP）、降钙素原（ PCT）、白细胞（ WBC）及细胞免疫指标的影响。方法选取2012年6月—2015年6月青岛市胶州中心医院呼吸内科重症肺炎患者120例，按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各60例，对照组给予常规性基础治疗，观察组在对照组基础上应用痰热清注射液治疗，对比分析2组患者临床治疗效果、CRP、PCT、WBC及细胞免疫指标。结果观察组的总有效率为96Ё．7％，对照组的总有效率为80．0％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝8．063， P ＜0．05）。与治疗前比较，2组治疗后CRP、PCT、WBC水平显著降低（ P ＜0．05），且观察组治疗后CRP、PCT、WBC水平显著低于对照组（ P ＜0．05）。2组治疗后CD4＋Th17细胞比率、Th17／Treg、CD4＋CD25＋Treg细胞的比率较治疗前显著改善，其中观察组治疗后CD4＋Th17细胞比率低于对照组，Th17／Treg、CD4＋CD25＋Treg细胞的比率则高于对照组（ P均＜0．05）。结论痰热清注射液能有效降低重症肺炎患者血清CRP、PCT、WBC水平，提高治疗效果。%Objective To discuss the effect of Tanreqing injection on patients with severe pneumonia C reactive pro-tein ( CRP) , procalcitonin ( PCT) ,WBC and the index of cellular immunity.Methods Select 120 cases of severe pneumonia patients from June 2012 to June 2015 at Qingdao Jiaozhou Central Hospital, they were divided into observation group and con-trol group, 60 cases in each group, according to the random number table method, while the control group was given conven-tional therapy, the observation group based on the control group’ s treatment, also added Tanreqing injection, compared the two groups’ clinical therapeutic effect and CRP, PCT and the index of cellular immunity.Results In observation group, the total efficiency was 96.7%.In control group, the total effective rate was 80.0%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =8.063, P <0.05).Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the two groups’ CRP, PCT and WBC levels sig-nificantly reduced ( P <0.05), and observation group’s after the treatment CRP, PCT and WBC levels were significantly lower than those of the control group ( P <0.05) .The ratio of CD4 +Th17 cell ratio, Th17 /Treg and CD4 +CD25 +Treg cells in the two groups after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment, after treatment, the observation group’s CD4 +Th17 cell rate lower than control group, the ratio of Th17 /Treg and CD4 +CD25 +Treg cells were higher than control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion The Tanreqing injection can effectively reduce patients’ severe pneumonia serum CRP,PCT and WBC levels, improve the therapeutic effect.
