Quantitative and Functional Impairements of Cell-Mediated Immunity Indicators with adults, Somatically Healthy Mature Children and Premature Infants with Retinopathy

The objective of the present work was to study cell-mediated immunity with adults, somaticallyhealthy,retinopathy-deceased children and premature infants with retinopathy. When comparing the values ofadults and children the valid difference at seven out of nine parameters was found.With premature infants and mature children a statistically significant difference was obtained undervalues: gestation period (28,5+2,2 - 39,3+0,9 р<0,001), body weight (1196,2+385,5 - 3524,5+705,4 p<0,001),СD3+ (total amount of T-cells) (59,2+12,1 - 69,5+10,6 p<0,002), В1-cells (autoimmunity responsible)(21,5+11,4 - 69,5+10,6 р=0,02), СD3+СD4+ (Т-helpers) (38,2+9,6 - 48,6+11,5 p=0,001), Тreg (2,3+1,0 -2,9+1,1 p<0,03), index СD3+СD4+/СD3+СD8+ (correlation of Т-helpers and cytotoxic T-lymphocytes)(2,3+0,1 - 2,9+0,9 p<0,03), СD4+СD25+ (suppressors-regulators) (3,8+1,4 - 4,6+1,2p<0,03),СD4+СD25+highFoxp3+ (functional indicator – level of Т-рег) (2,6+1,1 - 3,5+1,0 p<0,004).
