Objective To invesligale ihe clinical value of serum laclale dehydrogenase predicling mulliple organ dysfunclion syndrome caused by acule pancrealilis. Methods Clinical dala were collected from 113 hospitalized patients of acute pancreatitis admitted from Oct. 2008 to Oct. 2011, the clinical value of serum lactate dehydrogenase predicting multiple organ dysfunction syndrome caused by acute pancreatitis was evaluated by plotting the ROC curve. Results ROC curve: AUC 0. 903(95% CI: 0. 848 ~ 0. 959) , of which the best cut - off value of serum lactate dehydrogenase predicting multiple organ dysfunction syndrome caused by acute pancreatitis within the first 48 h was 299.3 U/L (sensitivity 96.43% , specificity 76.47% , correctly classified 81.42%). Conclusion Serum lactate dehydrogenase was very valuable for predicting multiple organ dysfunction syndrome caused by acute pancreatitis, of which the best cut - off value could be determined by plotting the ROC curve.%目的 研究血清乳酸脱氢酶早期预测急性胰腺炎(AP)继发多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的临床价值.方法 收集2008-10~2011-10我院收治的113例急性胰腺炎住院患者临床资料,通过绘制ROC曲线评价血清乳酸脱氢酶对AP继发MODS患者的预测价值.结果 发病48 h内,血清乳酸脱氢酶预测AP继发MODS患者ROC曲线下面积0.903(95%CI:0.848~0.959),最佳截断值为:299.3 U/L(灵敏度96.43%,特异度76.47%,正确率81.42%).结论 血清乳酸脱氢酶早期预测对AP继发MODS有较高临床价值,通过绘制ROC曲线可以科学确定其最佳截断值.
