临床医师质量控制管理培训满意度调查

     

摘要

Objective:To understand the needs and recommendations of clinicians' monthly medical evaluation and to enhance the training effect by monthly medical quality evaluation.Methods:Doctors who take part in monthly medical evaluation were selected to have a network survey,and the data were analyzed.Results:The satisfaction rate of the overall training plan and arrangement satisfaction rate of the monthly medical quality evaluation meeting was 89.68%.The satisfaction rate of the comprehensive evaluation of monthly medical quality evaluation was 84.08%.Conclusion:It shows that taking "monthly medical quality evaluation" as the starting point can help improving physician's clinical thinking,promoting self-learning awareness and assuring medical quality and safety.%目的:了解全院临床医师对月度医疗点评会的需求与建议,为提升月度医疗质量点评会的培训效果提供参考依据.方法:对参与某次点评会的全体医师进行网络问卷调查,并对结果进行统计分析.结果:临床医师对月度医疗质量点评会的整体培训计划和安排满意率为89.68%,对月度医疗质量点评会的综合评价满意率为84.08%.结论:在创新质量控制管理上,继续以“月度医疗质量点评会”为切入点,精准定位医疗质量培训教育,力求锻造每位医师的临床思维,提高自我学习意识,保证医疗质量与安全.
