临床医师质量控制管理培训满意度调查

摘要

Objective:To understand the needs and recommendations of clinicians' monthly medical evaluation and to enhance the training effect by monthly medical quality evaluation.Methods:Doctors who take part in monthly medical evaluation were selected to have a network survey,and the data were analyzed.Results:The satisfaction rate of the overall training plan and arrangement satisfaction rate of the monthly medical quality evaluation meeting was 89.68％.The satisfaction rate of the comprehensive evaluation of monthly medical quality evaluation was 84.08％.Conclusion:It shows that taking "monthly medical quality evaluation" as the starting point can help improving physician's clinical thinking,promoting self-learning awareness and assuring medical quality and safety.%目的:了解全院临床医师对月度医疗点评会的需求与建议,为提升月度医疗质量点评会的培训效果提供参考依据.方法:对参与某次点评会的全体医师进行网络问卷调查,并对结果进行统计分析.结果:临床医师对月度医疗质量点评会的整体培训计划和安排满意率为89.68％,对月度医疗质量点评会的综合评价满意率为84.08％.结论:在创新质量控制管理上,继续以“月度医疗质量点评会”为切入点,精准定位医疗质量培训教育,力求锻造每位医师的临床思维,提高自我学习意识,保证医疗质量与安全.
