The method involves sending an electronic questionnaire file (5) by a sending terminal (1) to a receiving terminal (3). Responses to questions of the file are entered by a user (U) of the terminal (3) to create an enabled questionnaire file (50). The file (50) is sent towards the terminal (1) via communication networks of user equipment (2) which extracts data, representing a response address of the terminal (1), in the file (50). An independent claim is also included for a survey system using an electronic questionnaire file transiting through communication networks.
