山东省全科医生工作满意度及其相关因素分析

     

摘要

Objective To understand the influencing factors of general practitioners' job satisfaction in Shandong Province. Methods A survey of job satisfaction was carried out among 837 general practitioners. Structural equation model analysis was conducted on job satisfaction of general practitioners in Shandong Province. Results According to the results of the structural equation model,the most influencial factor on job satisfaction of general practitioners was work return (β=0.87),followed by organization management(β=0.58),work environment(β=0.30),operating environment(β=0.28), doctor-patient relationship(β=0.19),and work itself(β=0.17). Conclusion Job satisfaction of general practitioners is at a general level in Shandong Province,which is mainly affected by work return and organization management. It is suggested to improve job satisfaction of general practitioners through attaching importance to general practitioners' work return, especially their material rewards,improving management level of administrative staff,and improving foresight and stability of policy making.%目的 了解影响山东省全科医生工作满意度的因素.方法 对837名全科医生进行工作满意度调查,运用结构方程模型对山东省全科医生工作满意度进行实证分析.结果 根据结构方程模型测算结果,标准化结构因子对全科医生工作满意度的影响程度由大到小依次为:工作回报(β=0.87)、组织管理(β=0.58)、工作环境(β=0.30)、执业环境(β=0.28)、医患关系(β=0.19)、工作本身(β=0.17).结论 山东省全科医生的工作满意度总体处于一般水平,主要受工作回报和组织管理的影响.应从重视全科医生的工作回报,特别是物质回报,提高管理人员管理水平,提升政策制定的前瞻性和稳定性方面,提升全科医生工作满意度.
