全程护理干预措施在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术围术期中的应用效果

摘要

[目的]探讨全程护理干预措施在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术围术期中的应用效果.[方法]选取本院收治的慢性鼻窦炎病人102例作为研究对象, 根据随机数字表法将病人分为对照组和观察组各51例, 所有病人均实施鼻内镜手术, 对照组在围术期中给予常规护理, 观察组围术期中给予全程护理, 观察两组护理效果及康复效果, 比较两组干预后白介素-2 (IL-2) 、白介素-5 (IL-5) 、白介素-4 (IL-4) 、干扰素-r (IFN-r) 水平.[结果]观察组护理有效率96.08％, 与对照组84.31％比较差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .观察组干预后IL-5、IL-4、IFN-r水平低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .两组病人干预后IL-2水平比较差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05) .干预后两组SNOT-20评分均低于干预前, 且观察组评分低于对照组 (P<0.05) .[结论]在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术围术期中实施全程护理干预可有效提高护理效果, 利于术后康复, 保证良好的整体疗效.%Objective:To investigate theapplication effect of whole-course nursing interventions in the perioperative period of patients with endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects.According to the random number table method, 51 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.All patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery.During the perioperativeperiod, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received full-course nursing.The nursing effect and rehabilitation effect of the two groups were observed.The level of interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-5 (IL-5), interleukin-4 (IL-4), andinterferon-r (IFN-r) were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 96.08％, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (84.31％) (P<0.05) .The levels of IL-5, IL-4, and IFN-r in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .There was no significant difference in IL-2 levels between the two groups (P>0.05) .The SNOT-20 scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusions:The full-course nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with chronic sinusitis endoscopic surgery could effectively improve the nursing effect, promote the postoperative rehabilitation, and ensure a good overall effect.
