规范化护理管理在独立运营健康体检中心的应用体会

摘要

Objective:To analyze and research on the application of standardized nursing management in the independent operation of the health examination center.Methods:The effect of nursing management such as the satisfaction of the physical examination and the problems of physical examination were compared and analyzed before and after application of standardized nursing management.Results:After the implementation of standardized nursing management not only can significantly reduce the problems during physical examination,but also greatly enhance the physical examination satisfaction,with relatively significant effect,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing management in the independent operation of the health examination center can significantly reduce the physical examination problems,and effectively improve the physical examination satisfaction,with a more prominent effect.%目的：对规范化护理管理在独立运营健康体检中心的应用体会进行分析、探究。方法：对规范化护理管理应用前后的体检者满意度以及体检存在问题等护理管理效果进行对比、分析。结果：规范化护理管理实施后不仅体检时存在的问题显著减少，而且体检者满意度也有很大的提升，效果相对显著，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：规范化护理管理在独立运营健康体检中心运用，能够明显减少体检时存在的问题，同时有效提升体检者满意度，具有较为突出的效果。
