持续质量改进对健康体检中心的护理管理作用

摘要

目的：加强健康体检中心护理安全管理，不断提高护理质量。方法成立持续质量改进小组，针对健康体检中心存在的问题实施具有针对性的管理。结果实施护理管理安全防范措施后，护士的风险意识明显提高，体检时存在的问题显著减少，体检者满意度由2011年的84％上升至2012年的93％。2012年体检量比2011年增长43％，年收入增长48％。结论体检中心在护理安全管理中推行持续质量改进工作，能够有效避免并减少医疗纠纷的发生，提高护理质量。%Objective To strengthen nursing safety management in healthy check -up center , and constantly improve the quality of nursing.Methods Setting up quality continuous improvement team , and implementing corresponding management according to the existing problems of health physical examination center .Results After implementing nursing management safety precautions , the nurses′conscious-ness of risk was obviously improved .Satisfaction rose from 84% in 2011 to 93% in 2012 in physical examination .Physical examination quantity increased by 43%from 2011 to 2012 .Annual income increased by 48%.The problems of physical declined significantly .Conclu-sion Physical examination center implementing continuous quality improvement in nursing safety management can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes , and improve the quality of nursing .
