Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing management on treatment of patients with wound stoma. Methods A total of 65 patients with wound stoma were divided into two groups. Observation group was given standardized nursing management, and control group was given conventional nursing. Incidence rate of pressure ulcers, satisfactory degree toward nursing staffs and scores of wound, stoma, incontinence were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of pressure ulcers in observation group was significantly lower than control group (P0.05), satisfactory degree toward nursing staffs was significantly higher than control group, and scores of wound, stoma, incontinence were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion The standardized nursing management can effectively reduce the incidence rate of pressure ulcers and improve patient′s satisfaction degree.
