单体碳数对脂肪酶N435催化合成直链聚酯的影响

         

摘要

A series of straight-chain polyesters were synthesized from aliphatic diols and diesters with different carbon numbers by using lipase N435 as catalyst via multi-stage catalysis. The results show that short-chain diols and diesters are difficult to react with lipase catalysis while long-chain diols and diesters are apt to react with the catalysis of lipase. The polyester having weight average molecular mass (Mw) of 24 816 and relative molecular mass distribution (MW/Mn) of 1.09 can be prepared from the reaction of diethyl adipate and 1,4-butanediol catalyzed by lipase N435. The copolymer with relatively high Mw and narrow MW/Mn can be obtained by lipase-catalyzed copolymerization of diols, diesters and glycerol.%通过多级催化法用脂肪酶N435催化不同碳数脂肪族二醇与二酯反应,合成直链聚酯.结果表明:短链二醇与短链二酯难以被脂肪酶催化发生反应,长链二醇与二酯易被催化发生反应.采用脂肪酶N435催化己二酸二乙酯与1,4-丁二醇反应可以获得重均分子量为24 816,相对分子质量分布为1.09的聚酯.脂肪酶催化二醇、二酯与甘油共聚合可以获得重均分子量较高、相对分子质量分布窄的共聚物.
