选择不同饲养条件下12月龄苏尼特羊的背最长肌为实验材料,通过测定4种miRNAs的表达量与肉品质,研究不同饲养方式对miRNAs表达量及肉品质的影响.结果表明,放牧苏尼特羊背最长肌嫩度高于圈养,而圈养红度值显著高于放牧(P<0.05).圈养苏尼特羊背最长肌pH2著高于放牧(P<0.05).2种饲养方式下,4个miRNA均有表达,且放牧苏尼特羊背最长肌miRNAs基因表达量高于圈养.苏尼特羊miR-30a与红度值呈显著负相关(P<0.05).不同饲养方式对miR-128、miR-486、miR-30a、miR-223的表达有影响,并进一步影响肉的品质.%The effects of the different feeding conditions on miRNAs expression and meat quality were investigated by measuring the four miRNAs expressions and meat quality based on longissimus dorsi of 12 months of age Sunit sheep.The results show that the tenderness of grazing group are higher than those of the house-feeding group, and the red values of house-feeding group are significantly higher than those of the grazing group (P<0.05).The pH2 values of house-feeding group are significantly higher than those of the grazing group (P<0.05).The four miRNAs have expressed under two feeding conditions, and the expressions of miRNAs in the grazing group are higher than those of the house-feeding in general.The miR-30a expression has a significant positive correlation with red value (P<0.05).This study shows that feeding conditions have influences on the expressions of miR-128, miR-486, miR-30a, miR-223, and these effects can further affect the meat quality.
