玄参饮片-破壁粉体-破壁粉粒的HPLC指纹图谱研究

     

摘要

目的:建立玄参饮片、破壁粉体和破壁粉粒的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,为玄参破壁粉粒的质量评价提供依据.方法:色谱柱为GL Sciences Wondasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸水(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 mL· min-1,检测波长为280 nm,柱温为30℃.结果:10批玄参饮片、10批破壁粉体和10批破壁粉粒的HPLC指纹图谱中均有14个共有峰;各样品的相似度均>0.900.结论:本方法稳定、可靠、重复性好,对玄参破壁粉粒的质量评价具有参考价值.%OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC fingerprints of Scrophularia ningpoensis decoction piece, its cellwall broken powder and its cellwall broken particle in order to provide basis for the quality evaluation of S. Ningpoensis cellwall broken particle. METHODS: The separation was performed on GL Sciences Wondasil Cib(250 mmx4.6 mm,5 (im)column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-1%acetic acid(gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL-min"' and detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Column temperature was set at 30 °C .RESULTS: There were 14 common peaks in HPLC fingerprints of 10 batchs of S. Ningpoensis decoction piece, its cellwall broken powder and its cellwall broken particle, respectively. The similarities of samples were all more than 0.900. CONCLUSION: Established method is stable, reliable and reproducible, which is valuable for quality evaluation of S. Ningpoensis cellwall broken particle.
