PURPOSE: A polyphase mixture distributing apparatus including a jet breaker tray is provided to optimize the distribution of liquid flow regardless of the flux of fluid.;CONSTITUTION: A polyphase mixture distributing apparatus includes at least one tray(1), a plurality of mixing channels(2), a jet breaker tray type dispersing system(3). The mixture downwardly flows through at least one bed of solid particles. The tray is arranged on the bed of the solid particles. A hole, through which a flange is arranged over at least part of the dispersing system, is prepared.
