目的:建立同时测定双黄连胶囊中绿原酸、黄芩苷和连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法:色谱柱:X BridgeTMC18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)；流动相:乙腈-2％醋酸溶液,梯度洗脱；流速:1.0 ml·min -1；检测波长:278 nm.结果:绿原酸在0.11～1.12μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 1),平均回收率97.02％；黄芩苷在0.25～ 2.99 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 1),平均回收率98.98％；连翘苷在0.03 ～0.31 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 3),平均回收率100.55％.结论:本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于双黄连胶囊中上述3种成分的含量测定.%Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid, baicalin and phillyrin in Shuang-huanglian capsules. Method: The column was X BridgeTM C18 (150 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (2% acetic acid) with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml-min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 278 nm. Resu The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 11 -1.12 μg (r=0.999 1) for chlorogenic acid, 0. 25-2. 99 μg (r=0.999 1) for baicalin and 0. 03-0. 31 μg (r =0. 999 3) for phillyrin,respectively. The average recovery was 97. 02% ,98. 98% and 100. 55% .respectively. Conclusion; The method is simple,practicable,accurate and rapid, which can be.applied in the determination of chlorogenic acid, baicalin and phillyrin in Shuanghuanglian capsules.
