PURPOSE: A method of measuring purity of a didecyl-dimethyl-ammonium chloride is provided to reduce an additional pretreatment or a derivative action, and to accurately analyze a very small amount of component.;CONSTITUTION: A method of measuring purity of a didecyl-dimethyl-ammonium chloride using a HPLC-MS comprises the following steps of: inserting the didecyl-dimethyl-ammonium chloride into the HPLC-MS; and deciding the didecyl-dimethyl-ammonium chloride inserted into the HPLC-MS is pure, if a HPLC-MS scan mode of the didecyl-dimethyl-ammonium chloride and a single ion mode shows the same peak, and peak with a molecular weight of 326m/z.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
