某院2014年至2015年440例药品不良反应报告分析

摘要

Objective To summarize the rules and characteristics of 440 cases of adverse drug reactions during 2014-2015 in the hospital, and to provide reference for preventing the occurrence of ADR and improve the level of clinical rational use of drugs. Methods Statistical analysis was carried out for the 440 cases of adverse drug reactions in the hospital. Results Intravenous, antibiotics, and cephalosporins caused the proportion of ADR in the table were the highest. Conclusion Medical staff should strengthen pharmacy service, pay attention to the adverse drug reaction monitoring and related knowledge, reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR, to ensure the safety of patients.%目的：总结某院2014年至2015年440例药品不良反应发生的规律和特点，为预防药品不良反应（ADR）发生及提高临床合理用药水平提供参考。方法对某院440例药品不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果静脉滴注、抗菌药物及头孢菌素类药物引起ADR占比最高。结论医务人员需加强药学服务，重视ADR监测及其相关知识的宣传，减少或避免ADR发生，保证患者用药安全。
