钻井绞车滚筒体整体绳槽设计

         

摘要

针对钻井绞车滚筒体绳槽板加工完绳槽后焊接时存在结构复杂,工艺性不好,滚筒体整体强度低以及排绳不整齐等问题,对32 mm钢丝绳所使用的绞车滚筒体进行了分析,并进行了整体绳槽设计。设计过程包括钢丝绳爬坡时行程的设计计算和反转楔的焊接及加工尺寸设计。通过计算与分析,最终得到实际加工操作的完整经验公式。整体绳槽设计及加工技术在JC28、JC30、JC50和JC70等绞车的实际应用中,效果良好,解决了钻井绞车使用中的各种问题。%There exist problems with the rope slot plate of the drawworks in welding after machining rope slot such as complex structure, undesirable technique, lowered whole strength of drum body and untidy rope aligning. Considering the problems, the drum body used by the Ф32 mm steel wire rope was analyzed and the whole rope slot was designed. The design process includes the design calculation of steel rope climbing and design of inversion wedge welding and machining dimensions. The whole empirical formula for the practical machining operation has been obtained in the end. The practical application of the whole rope slot design and machining technology in drawworks of JC28, JC30, JCS0 and JC70 is desirable, solving the problems in use of drilling drawworks.
