液体乳的保鲜及其产品展望

     

摘要

The paper gives a detialed introduction about the preserving techniques and product types of milk.By way of comparing,the author holds that double sterilized perserving milk is relatively fit for the Chinese current consumption situation and should be energeticly promoted to develope.It is also pointed out that ultra high temperature sterilized and aseptically filled milk will be the main milk product in the world next century.
