目的：观察奥曲肽联合普萘洛尔用于肝硬化上消化道出血的疗效，评价其临床应用价值。方法将56例肝硬化上消化道出血患者，随机分为观察组28例，采用奥曲肽联合普萘洛尔治疗，对照组28例，单用奥曲肽治疗，记录并比较两组患者的治疗显效率、门静脉及脾静脉血流量及不良反应情况。结果观察组临床改善明显优于单用奥曲肽治疗的对照组，治疗显效率、门静脉及脾静脉血流量组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，不良反应发生率组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥曲肽联合普萘洛尔治疗肝硬化上消化道出血高效、安全，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate the efficacy of propranolol combined with octreotide in the treatment of upper digestive tract in liver cirrhosis , to evaluate its clinically applied value . Methods Fifty-six cases of cirrhosis complicated with upper digestive tract in liver cirrhosis were selected and randomly divided into observation group (P=28), which were treated with octreotide combined with propranolol and the control group(P=28), which were treated with propranolol only. Treatment of significant efficiency and splenic vein flow and adverse reactions were recorded and compared. Results The observation group showed more significant improvements in clinical manifestations, treatment of significant efficiency, portal vein and spleen venous blood flow (P<0.05); There was no statistical difference of adverse drug reactions between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Medication of propranolol combined with octreotide is effective and safe in the treatment of upper digestive tract in liver cirrhosis and worthy of promotion.
