优质护理服务在精神专科医院门诊开展的效果分析

         

摘要

Objective To explore the application of high quality nursing service in reducing the risk of outpatient nursing in psychiatric hospital. Methods Selection of high quality nursing service after the implementation(December 2014 to February 2016)in 123 cases of our hospital patients,60 cases were male,63 were female,aged 22-59 years,mean age(38.1±2.6)years old,the other selected high quality nursing service before the implementation (April 2013 to November 2014)in 104 cases of our hospital patients,according to admission divided into control group(odd numbers)and study group(Shuang Hao),compared before and after the implementation of outpatient risk events,patient complaints,and questionnaire,multi-dimensional evaluation of the effect of patient satisfaction. Results after the implementation of high quality nursing in our hospital outpatient nursing risk events incidence and patient complaints rate were significantly lower than before (P < 0.01),questionnaire survey scores on the five dimensions of medical order,professional ability,active service,service attitude,health education and patients was significantly higher than before (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion the implementation of high quality nursing service in outpatient psychiatric hospital can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,improve patient satisfaction,and help to build a harmonious medical environment.%目的:探究优质护理服务在减少精神病专科医院门诊护理风险事件中的应用。方法选取优质护理服务实施后(2014年12月~2016年2月)在我院门诊就诊的患者123例,男60例,女63例,年龄22~59岁,平均(38.1±2.6)岁,另选取优质护理服务实施前(2013年4月~2014年11月)在我院门诊就诊的患者104例,根据入院顺序分成对照组(单号)以及研究组(双号),比较实施前后门诊风险事件发生情况、患者投诉情况,以及自行设计调查问卷,对患者满意度进行多维度效果评价。结果实施优质护理后我院门诊护理风险事件发生率及患者投诉率均明显低于实施前( P <0.01),及患者对就医秩序、专业能力、主动服务、服务态度、健康教育五个维度的问卷调查分数均明显高于实施前(P <0.05或 P <0.01)。结论在精神病专科医院门诊实施优质护理服务,可有效降低门诊护理风险事件发生率,提高患者的满意度,助于构建和谐的医疗环境。
