wnt/β-catenin信号通路关键蛋白及Mucin1在喉鳞状细胞癌上表达与相关研究

摘要

目的 研究喉鳞状细胞癌中wnt/β-catenin信号通路中的关键蛋白(β-catenin、cyclinD1)与Mucin1的表达,并分析三者是否有关联.方法 通过SP免疫组织化学结果 分析喉鳞癌中Mucin1、β-catenin与cyclinD1的阳性表达,χ2 检验与Spearman秩相关分析三个指标的阳性率.结果喉鳞状细胞癌中Mucin1在胞浆染色为棕黄色,阳性率为52.38%;β-catenin异位表达于胞质,表达率为67.86%;cyclinD1在胞核为深棕色,阳性表达率为85.12%,三者与癌旁组织比较差异均有高度统计学意义(均P < 0.01).随着喉癌组织 Mucin1表达的增强,β-catenin与cyclinD1的阳性表达率也增高,相关分析结果显示:Mucin1与β-catenin、β-catenin与cyclinD1均成正相关.结论 Mucin1、β-catenin与cyclinD1可作为喉鳞状细胞癌治疗的新靶点.%Objective To study the expression of wnt/p-catenin signaling essential protein (p-catenin, cyclinDl) and Mucinl in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, analyze the relations of three indicates. Methods Using immunohistochem-istry (S-P), the expression of Mucinl, p-catenin and cyclinDl was studied in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. The positive expression of three indicates were analyzed by x2 text and Spearman rank correlation. Results Mucinl in the cytoplasm of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was brown and positive expression was 52.38%; the ectopic expression of p-catenin in the cytoplasm and the rate of positive expression was 67.86%; cyclinDl dyed in the nucleus to arrived at the nigger-brown, the masculine expression rate was 85.12%. The differences with three indicates were remarkable statistically significant (P < 0.01). With higher expression of Mucinl, the positive expression of p-catenin and cyclinDl were enhancement. Correlation analysis showed that Mucinl and p-catenin, p-catenin and cyclinDl were positive correlation with each other. Conclusion Mucinl, p-catenin and cyclinDl, as new marks, may play important roles in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
