目的 探讨激励式护理理念在改善鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者手术前后自我效能感及情绪状态中的效果.方法 将2010年6月～2012年6月于东方物探职工第二医院采用鼻内镜鼻窦手术进行治疗的68例患者分为对照组(常规护理程序组,34例)和观察组(激励式护理理念组,34例),将两组患者护理前和护理后1、2周的一般自我效能感量表、自信心自我评估及简明心境状态量表评估结果进行比较.结果 护理后1周与2周观察组的一般自我效能感量表、患者自我评估自信心及简明心境状态量表评估结果均显著优于对照组,且观察组护理后2周上述量表评估结果均优于护理前和护理后1周,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 激励式护理理念在改善鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者手术前后自我效能感及情绪状态中的效果显著优于常规护理,可显著改善患者的综合心理情绪状态.%Objective To investigate the effect of encouraging nursing conception in improving the self-efficacy and mood state of patients before and after the endoscopic nasal sinus operation.Methods 68 patients with endoscopic nasal sinus operation in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing program group, 34 cases) and observation group (encouraging nursing conception group, 34 cases), then the general self-efficacy scale, self-confidence self-assessment and profile of mood states scale of two groups before and at first and second week after the operation were compared.Results The general self-efficacy scale, self-confidence self-assessment and profile of mood states scale of observation group at first and second week after the operation were all significantly better than those of control group, those scale score of observation group at second week after the operation were all better than those before and at first week after the operation (all P < 0.05), there were all significant differences.Conclusion The effect of encouraging nursing conception in improving the self-efficacy and mood state of patients before and after the endoscopic nasal sinus operation is significantly better than that of routine nursing, and it can significantly improve the comprehensive mental and mood state.
