基于过程性知识架构的医学影像成像原理课程建设研究

     

摘要

目的:根据高等职业教育学校医学影像技术专业的学生特点,以职业能力培养为主线,建设基于过程性知识架构的医学影像成像原理课程。方法:通过对北京市各级各类医院放射科开展调研,组织专家论证,分析影像技术人员的工作流程,归纳整理典型工作任务,进行医学影像成像原理课程建设及实践的研究。结果:制定和完成了医学影像成像原理课程的教学内容,开发学习项目,改革教学实施评价体系,建立起了课程实训平台。结论:基于过程性知识架构的教学模式适用于实施医学影像成像原理课程的教学。%Objective: According to the feature of medical imaging technique professional students of the higher vocational school, the course of medical imaging principle was going to be constructed based on the procedural knowledge framework and giving top priority to professional ability training. Methods: Investigations were carried out among radiology departments of all types and at all levels hospitals in Beijing. Professional experts were organized to demonstrate and analyze the working process of medical radiation technologist. Through these methods, the typical work tasks were summed up to carry on course construction and teaching practice. Results:The study formulated the teaching contents of medical imaging principle, developed learning programs, reformed teaching evaluation system and constructed the curriculum practice platform. Conclusion:The teaching model based on the procedural knowledge framework applies to course teaching of medical imaging principle.
