糖尿病对血-视网膜屏障连接蛋白损伤机制研究进展

摘要

糖尿病视网膜病变（diabetic retinopathy, DR）是糖尿病最常见的并发症之一。 DR早期即出现血-视网膜屏障（blood retinal barrier, BRB）的损害。 BRB由内屏障和外屏障组成，包括内皮细胞及其连接，视网膜色素上皮（retinal pigment epithelium, RPE）细胞及其连接。本文就糖尿病时连接蛋白发生变化引起的BRB损伤进行了综述。%Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most common complications of diabetes mellitus.It occurred blood retinal barrier dam-age at the early stage of diabetic retinopathy.The composition of blood retinal barrier is divided into inside and outside blood retinal barri-er.It includes endothelial cell and its junction, and retinal pigment epithelial cells and its junction.In this paper, the authors reviewed the changes of junction protein on blood retinal barrier in diabetes mellitus.
