糖尿病性视网膜病变中血一视网膜屏障损伤的研究进展

摘要

Retinal barrier injury is the pathological basis of diabetic retinopathy in a variety of clinical manifestations .In recent years ,the study on Mechanism of the damage of the blood retinal barrier including abnormal glucose metabolism ,cytokines and retinal vessels adjacent glial cells .This article reviewed .%血视网膜屏障损伤是糖尿病视网膜病变多种临床表现的病理基础，近年对血视网膜屏障损伤的机制研究包括糖代谢异常、细胞因子及视网膜血管旁神经胶质细胞等方面，本文对此作一综述。
