目的：观察缬沙坦与硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选取100例原发性高血压病患者作为此次研究的对象，随机分组，参照组采用缬沙坦单独治疗，试验组缬沙坦+硝苯地平缓释片治疗，对比疗效。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后试验组的收缩压与舒张压下降程度优于参照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论缬沙坦联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压病的临床疗效显著，能平稳有效地改善患者的高血压情况。%Objective To observe the valsartan and nifedipine zyban clinical curative effect for the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods We chose 100 cases of primary hypertension patients as the research object,control group treated with valsartan alone,the experimental group valsartan and nifedipine zyban treatment,compared the curative effect. Results Treatment group total effectiveness was significantly higher than the control group,the difference statistical y was significant(P<0.05). The experimental group after treatment of systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly superior to control group,difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Valsartan with nifedipine zyban therapy of primary hypertension's clinical curative effect is distinct,can effectively improve steadily in patients with high blood pressure.
