仙草胶提取方法比较研究

         

摘要

Mesona blume gum was extracted from Mesona blume by boiling alkaline water extraction and alkaline water extraction assisted by ultrasonic. The raw material was from Paitan Town, Zengcheng city. The extraction methods,inherent viscosity and polysaccharide content of the gum were studied. The optimal extraction conditions of boiling alkaline water extraction method were: material -liquid ratio was 1: 40, Na2 CO3 concentration was 0. 3%, extraction time was 90min, and the yield of mesona blume gum was 36. 80%. The optimal extraction conditions of alkaline water extraction method assisted by ultrasonic were: Na2CO3 concentration was 0. 3%, material -liquid ratio was 1: 40, and ultrasonic power was 600W, extraction time was 60min, the yield of gum was 38. 12%. The intrinsic viscosity of the gum extracted by the former method at 25℃ was 99. 608mL/g, and that of the latter one was 117. 33mL/g. The polysaccharide content of the former gum was 216. 27mg/g, and that of the latter gum was 309.08mg/g.%以广东增城派潭镇的仙草为原料,研究了碱液沸水提取仙草胶和碱液超声波辅助提取仙草胶的工艺,以及两种方法获得的仙草胶的特性黏度和多糖含量.碱液沸水法提取仙草胶的最佳工艺为:料液比为1:40,Na2CO3浓度为0.3%,浸提时间为90min,此条件下仙草胶得率达到36.80%.碱液超声波提取仙草胶的最佳工艺为:Na2CO3浓度为0.3%,料液比为1:40,超声功率为600W,提取时间为60min,此条件下仙草胶得率达到38.12%.碱液沸水法提取的仙草胶在25℃的特性粘度为99.608mL/g;碱液超声波提取的仙草胶在25℃的特性黏度为117.33mL/g.碱液沸水法提取的仙草胶中多糖含量为216.27mg/g;碱液超声波提取的仙草胶中多糖含量为309.08mg/g.
