Based on US EPA detection limit procedure, 8 samples with 1-5 times of calculated detection limit were tested. Based on sample standard deviation and student t - distribution, national standard of Aluminum detecting limit was established and verified. Detecting threshold, sample detection limit, and sample quantitative limit were all tested. The method detection Limit is 0. 93μg/mL, the reliable quantitative limit is 3. 72μg/mL, the sample detection threshold is 93μg/g, the sample quantitative limit is 372μg/g. The sample testing data indicated the testing ability of Aluminum in baking powder.%以美国EPA方法检出限程序为基础,用试剂空白配制8个浓度为计算出检出限1~5倍的加标样品进行全程序测定,通过样品标准偏差及学生t分布值确定泡打粉国标规定的铝含量测定方法的方法检出限,并对测定结果进行合理验证.在方法检出限基础上确定该方法的测定下限、样品检出限和样品定量下限.经过实验,该法的方法检出限为0.93 μg/mL,测定下限为3.72μg/mL,样品检出限为93μg/g,样品定量下限为372μg/g.实验结果客观反映了该方法对泡打粉中铝含量的检测能力.
