对微波超声提取人参总皂苷的最优工艺进行了研究.通过对超声微波功率、固液比和乙醇浓度,提取时间等因素的分析研究,结果显示乙醇浓度和提取时间对人参总皂苷的影响显著,微波功率和固液比,超声频率,温度等的影响不显著.最终确定最优工艺:微波功率250W,乙醇浓度70%,提取时间20 min,溶剂量为25倍,超声频率40kHz,提取温度70℃.并与传统回流法在提取时间、提取温度等进行了对比,结果表明:超声微波法提取人参总皂苷方法较回流法,快速,成本低.%This Study was focused on the optimal process of microwave ultrasonic extraction of total ginsenosides.The extraction conditions of microwave-ultrasound power,solid-to-solvent ratio,ethanol concentration and extraction time were studied.The results showed that ethanol concentration and extraction time had significant influence,but microwave-ultrasound power and solid-to-solvent ratio,ultrasonic frequency,temperature had little influence.The optimum extraction conditions for total ginsenosides were determined as follows:microwave power 250W,70% ethanol,extraction time 20 min,the amount of solvent 25 times of solid,ultrasonic frequency 40 kHz,temperature 70℃.The reflux extraction time,extraction temperature were compared with traditional method.The results showed that ultrasonic-microwave extraction is faster and cost is the lowest.
