GC-MS/MS测定调味油中麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚

     

摘要

Establish a SPE method for determination of maltol and ethyl maltol by GC-MS/MS in seasoning oils.The sample was dissolved in n-hexane and purified by NH2 solid phase extraction column with acetone as eluent,Rxi-5Sil MS column was used in separating maltol and ethyl maltol with appropriate monitoring ions.The method was evaluated by the recovery,precision,and detection limitats.The results indicated that good linear relationships were found in maltol and ethyl maltol.The recovery rate was 95.2% ~ 107% in the range of 0 ~ 0.5 g/kg,the precision was 0.9% ~ 1.2%,the detection limit was 0.21 ~ 0.35mg/kg.The method was simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used in detecting maltol and ethyl maltol in seasoning oil.%目的:建立了以固相萃取为提取分离方式的气质联用测定调味油中麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚的方法.方法:样品经正己烷溶解后,采用氨基固相萃取柱分离净化,结合气质的高分辨率和高灵敏度,通过选择合适的监测离子,分别从检出限、回收率和精密度3个方面考察方法的适用性.结果:该方法线性关系良好,麦芽酚检出限为0.21 mg/kg,乙基麦芽酚检出限为0.35 mg/kg.在0~ 0.5 g/kg测定范围内,加标回收率为95.2% ~ 107%,精密度为0.9%~ 1.2%.结论:方法前处理简单,准确度、精密度良好,适用于调味油中麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚的快速测定.
