“互联网+”时代基于OBE理念的在线开放课程资源结构模型研究

         

摘要

During “The 13th Five-Year” period, the Ministry of Education would vigorously promote the construction and application of open online courses in colleges and universities. OBE concept, short for Outcome-Based Education, is getting more and more attention by focusing on the actual demand for talents of the society, emphasizing on the learning outcomes to organize curriculum construction, arrange teaching time and design key resources. Based on the demand for talents in “Internet+” era, guided by the OBE concept and the constructive postmodern philosophy, comprehensively using the interpretative structural modeling method and so on, this paper constructs an open online curriculum resource structural model and carries out application in practice. Researches and practices show that the model is distinct and innovative, which will provide a strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction and development of open online courses.%“十三五”期间,教育部将大力推动高等学校在线开放课程的建设与应用。由于基于产出的教育理念(Outcome-Based Education,简称OBE)聚焦社会对人才的实际需求,强调围绕学习产出来组织课程建设、安排教学时间和设计关键资源而越来越受到人们的关注。该文立足“互联网+”时代人才培养需求,以OBE理念与建设性后现代哲学为指导,综合运用解释结构模型等方法,构建了基于OBE理念的在线开放课程资源结构模型,并在实践中加以应用。研究与实践表明,该模型具有鲜明的特色与创新,将为在线开放课程的建设与发展提供有力的理论支撑和实践指导。
