基于微信公众号的住院服务再造

         

摘要

广东省妇幼保健院借助自媒体平台,实现流程精简和数据精准化,再造办理入院服务,以庞大的微信用户作为基础,通过开放的接口对接医院信息系统,调研分析原有旧流程,设定优化目标,再造新流程,达到优化效果.缩短了办理入院时间,提高了就医服务体验.使用微信就诊平台,延伸住院服务,改善就医服务体验,具有推广价值.%With the help of the media platform, the WeChat clinic platform in Guangdong Province Hospital for Women and Children Health Care has realized the process streamline and data precision/accuracy, and the reengineering for admission services. Based upon the huge amount of WeChat users, through the open interface docking hospital information system, it has done researches and analyzed the original old process, set up the optimization goal, and rebuilted the new process, to achieve optimized outcome. Thus, (The WeChat Clinic Platform) has not only shortened the hospitalization time, but also improved the medical service experience. The application of WeChat medical platform has extended inpatient services, which improved medical service experience, and specified promotion value.
