奶粉样品经均质、1％三-氯乙酸溶液提取、Waters OASIS MCX柱净化、超高效液相色谱分离,最终采用电喷雾串联四极杆质谱进行检测.结果表明,该方法线性良好(R2=0.9996),在0.01～0.5mg/kg浓度范围内,回收率均在92％～105％之间,精密度均小于4％(n=6).该方法的检出限为0.1μg/kg.%After homogenization, samples of milk powder was extracted with 1% trichloroacetic acid solution, then cleaned with OASIS MCX extraction column. An ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-ESI-MS /MS) was used. The correlation coefficient was 0.9996 within the linear range of 0.01~0.5mg/kg. The average recoveries were from 92% to 105%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were less than 4% ( n = 6).
