食用菌菌糠综合再利用研究概述

摘要

The production of edible fungi produces a lot of medium mix waste. It is critical for the health of edible fungus industry and environment that the waste can be properly reused. The reuse of the waste of the production of edible fungi can reduce the cost of edible fungus production and save environment. The waste can be reused for new edible fungus production, the inoculum of edible fungus production, the animal feed, the mix for crop production, and used for soil improvement. This article reviews all aspects of the use of the waste produced by the production of edible fungi.%随着食用菌产业的发展,食用菌栽培后产生了大量的菌糠.食用菌采收后,大部分菌糠得不到及时处理,这不仅给农业生态环境造成污染,而且会给之后的食用菌栽培带来很大隐患.当今世界资源短缺,能源匮乏,因此及时科学地处理食用菌菌糠,实现废物再利用,变废为宝,形成农业经济循环刻不容缓.菌糠已成为数量十分可观的重要资源,具有较高的利用价值.菌糠不但可以再利用栽培食用菌,还能应用于种植业、养殖业等方面.菌糠的转化再利用,解决了环境问题,也产生了较为显著的经济效益.总结了食用菌菌糠在食用菌栽培、食用菌菌种生产、做菌糠饲料、做栽培基质以及土壤改良方面的再利用研究情况,提出了实际应用中需要注意的问题,并对菌糠再利用的前景进行了展望.
