目的：分析瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗老年糖尿病伴高脂血症的可行性。方法选择2013年1月～2015年3月我院收治的90例老年糖尿病伴高脂血症患者作为研究对象，随机把90例患者分为对照组与观察组，对照组应用辛伐他汀治疗，观察组应用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗，对比两组患者用药情况。结果两组患者治疗前血脂水平无明显差异，用药后，观察组低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、总胆固醇水平（TC）、甘油三醇（TG）等均比对照组低，观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平比对照组高，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者不良反应对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论老年糖尿病伴高脂血症患者应用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗可降低患者血脂水平，用药后不良反应低，临床治疗效果理想。%Objective To analyze the feasibility of the treatment of senile diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia. Methods 90 cases of elderly diabeticpatients with hyperlipidemia were simvastatin and rosuvastatin calcium therapy from January 2013 to March 2015, randomly divided 90 patients into control group and observation group, the control group was treated with simvastatin, and the observation group was treated with two groups of patients. Results There was no signiifcant difference between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), total cholesterol (TC), glycerol three alcohol (TG) were lower in the observation group than in the control group. The high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no signiifcant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The application of the old age diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia, and the treatment of the patients with hyperlipidemia can reduce the serum lipid level, the adverse reaction is low, and the clinical treatment effect is ideal.
