评价多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉吸入对慢阻肺肺功能的影响

目的：研究噻托溴铵粉联合多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效。方法选取2014年2月～2015年2月本院接治的50例慢性阻塞性肺病患者为研究对象，并分成两组，对观察组中的25例患者使用噻托溴铵粉联合多索茶碱治疗，对对照组患者单纯使用多索茶碱治疗，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果优于对照组患者的。结论噻托溴铵粉联合多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的不良反应发生率低，效果显著。%Objective To study the effect of tiotropium bromide powder combined with doxofylline in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
