产β-葡萄糖苷酶野生真菌的筛选鉴定及酶学性质研究

     

摘要

A fungal Lcxs9 that produces high amount of β-glucosidase was isolated from rotten wood. Lcxs9 was identified as Cladosporium cla-dosporioides by morphological characteristics and ITS rDNA sequence analysis, with a yield of 7.18U/mL of β-glucosidase. The activity of β-glu-cosidase was stable within pH value 4-9 and temperatures below 60℃, respectively. Native-PAGE and activity staining showed that the extracellular enzyme contained two types of β-glucosidases. It was first reported isolated C. Cladosporioides strain producing p-glucosidase with high activities.%从原始森林腐木的土壤中筛选得到l株高产β-葡萄糖苷酶活力菌株Lcxs9,表型分析及ITS rDNA序列分子鉴定为芽枝霉菌,酶活为7.18U/mL,在pH值为4~9范围内,60℃以下酶活力稳定,酶谱分析芽枝霉菌Lcxs9可以产2种β-葡萄糖苷酶.该文首次报道芽枝霉菌产高活性β-葡萄糖苷酶.
