In order to explore the effect of lactic acid-producing Bacillus on silage ferm entation, using Alhagi sparsifolia Shap. ensiled for three months as materials, Bacillus was isolated and purified with MRS medium. And then the isolate strains were identified with Gram staining,spore staining,cellcolony m orphology observation,physiologicaland biochem icalcharacteristics identification and 16S rDNA sequencing analysis wereused to identify. Result showed that the bacterium were rod-shaped, Gram-positive,spore-forming, and lactic acid-producing.The 16S rDNA result show ed thatthe similarity between the strain and the published sequence (type strain ATCC14580)was99.3%. To sum up,the strain wasidentified as Bacilluslicheniform is.%为了探讨产乳酸的芽孢杆菌对青贮发酵的作用。以青贮三个月的豆科牧草疏叶骆驼刺为材料,进行MRS培养基分离、纯化细菌,革兰氏染色,芽孢染色,细胞形态学观察,生理生化特性鉴定和16SrDNA序列分析。结果显示,菌株杆状,G+,有芽孢,产乳酸;16SrDNA测序结果显示该菌株与模式菌株ATCC14580的相似性为99.3%。结果表明,该菌为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacilluslicheniformis)。
