钠离子浓度对丁酸甲烷发酵功能菌群的抑制作用

         

摘要

试验分别以丁酸、乙酸和H2/CO2为惟一碳源,通过对厌氧颗粒污泥的间歇培养,考察了Na+浓度对嗜丁酸产氢产乙酸菌(SBOB)、乙酸营养型产甲烷菌(ACM)和氢营养型产甲烷菌(HTM)代谢活性的影响.结果表明,Na+ >2.00 g·L-1对SBOB,ACM和HTM的代谢活性均有不同程度的抑制作用,其半抑制浓度IC5,分别为10.06,3.56和9.47 g·L-1;Na+的提高,对SBOB和ACM的抑制效应是渐进的,而对HTM的抑制则是突进的.欲保证厌氧活性污泥丁酸甲烷发酵的效率,须将系统内的Na+控制在3.56 g·L-1以下的水平.%Effect of Na+ concentration on syntrophic butyrate oxidizing bacteria (SBOB),acetotrophic methanogens (ACM) and hydrogen-trophic methanogens (HTM) was investigated by batch culturing of anaerobic granular sludge with butyrate,acetate and H2/CO2 as the sole carbon source,respectively.The results showed that the activity of the three functional flora in anaerobic activated sludge were inhibited to a certain degree by Na+ over 2 g · L-1.The 50% inhibiting concentration (IC50) for SBOB,ACM and HTM was 10.06,3.56 and 9.47 g · L-1,respectively.It was found that the inhibition of Na + on SBOB and ACM was gradual,while being abrupt on HTM.A Na + less than 3.56 g · L-1 was needed to ensure an effective methane fermentation of butyrate for the anaerobic activated sludge process.
