The present invention relates to a method of selecting highly-functional probiotics strains by using elegans worms (Caenorhabditis elegans). More specifically, the present invention is used to develop a technology for discovering novel and highly-efficient food materials by using a low-investment and high-efficiency bio-alternative model utilizing the elegans worms. The present invention can quickly screen the functional probiotics food materials relevant to the intestinal functions in a body.
