教师与学生多维视角下的大学教学文化审视

摘要

University teaching culture evolved in the long-term teaching activities. An examination of univer⁃sity teaching culture made by both teachers and students from the multi-teaching perspectives of teaching and re⁃search, teacher need and students need and teacher self-reflection is beneficial to our cognition on the nature of university teaching culture and students growth.%大学教学文化是在长期的教学活动中形成和发展的。通过对教师和学生构筑的教学活动中的几重维度———教学与科研，教师需要与学生需求，教师反思等来审视教学文化，有利于把握教学文化的实质，真正推动学生的成长。
